I just want to thank Dwayne and his crew from the 1 Wilson St location for the wonderful job they did at my home. Major underground pipe repair. They were very efficient and clean up was done with alot of care. On a very miserable cold and snowy Saturday in January, Drain Rescue arrived to install a new main sewer pipe from the sewer connection at the street into our home. This was a very big job completed in 8 hours by a team of highly skilled men. They worked non-stop. Two holes had to be dug on our front lawn and driveway, more than 8 feet deep where a man went down and dealt with the broken clay sewer pipe and assisted with the new pipes installation.
The work also involved digging in our basement for the pipe connection. The men put down coverings to protect our floors in the areas where they would work. When the work was completed the inside and outside of our home were left very clean.

I had a main drain line blockage issue and I called Drain Rescue for help. Within 1 hr, a plumber came and inspected the line, and was recommended to replace the broken drain. 1 day to locate gas, and next day, the crew came, promptly dug up the ground, and replaced the broken pipe, all with a day. Very good experience calling Drain Rescue today. The rep arrived on time and we agreed on the work that needed to get done and a reasonable price. He did not quit until he was satisfied it was solved which really stood out, I do not expect that from a typical service. A very good value considering the attention we got. Would recommend.

They came and replaced gasket for toilet in basement bathroom. Replaced cartridge for kitchen faucet. Thank you Brian and office staff for getting here so fast.

Service was very prompt and efficient - Denys, the service tech was fantastic. Took the time to explain what needed to be done, and why. He is very personable. Also glad that this was the second time we had him service a home we lived in. (previous service at another location) we knew the service/job would be done well.
