We had the worst problem and they solved it in 2 days. Our 75 year old house had plugged sewer pipes inside and out. Tree roots had grown into the cracked clay pipes and the entire system had to be replaced.
They opened the basement floor and replace all with new pvc pipes.
Then they dug a 9 foot deep hole at the connection to the street line.
The most amazing part was the fabrication of a 50 foot section of pipe that was pulled into the hole and through to old clay pipe to connect to the house.

It was 3:30 Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) when we called Drain Rescue because out Kitchen sink was blocked. Before 6:00 (less than 21/2 hours later) Marek was on the job. He was very personalable, professional and competent.
He explained everything he was trying to do to unplug our problem. Unfortunately, after trying several attempts he was unable to clear the problem because the block was major and a long way down the piping. But amazingly Drain Rescue will have a crew 1st thing tomorrow morning with the heavy equipment needed to finish the job. The total price was very fair. Edit: Even though I did not get a service from the company, I was personally called the next day for an apology and a chance to make things right. I was refunded the service fee I paid. Though I can’t testify on their service, I can attest for their integrity, which in my opinion is just as important as a job well done. Below is my original experience, for your own reference. I’m satisfied with the customer service provided.

Worst plumbers ever. I called them saying exactly what I needed, an O ring replacement. Plumber shows up to my house, later than what he said, looks at my sink tells me it’s an issue with my O ring and said he doesn’t have a replacement in his van. What kind of technician doesn’t have ANY spare parts on the job with them ? Especially when I informed them about the problem when I made the call in the first place ?

Extremely disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and just go on YouTube and do it yourself.

Our scrambling one night last week trying to find a reliable plumbing company to fix that dreaded sewage backup problem in the furnace room landed us with Drain Rescue Services, and lucky for us it was a right decision. The response was friendly and fast, and their representative Marek was on site in less than an hour, the initial problem was diagnosed and someone was scheduled to work on it early next morning. Little did we know that the detailed scanning that afternoon showed a far more serious problem due to breakage and dislodging of those old clay drainage pipes underneath the house, which we were told was relatively common in our area.
After some discussion with Marek, the painful decision was made to replace the entire main sewage line to solve the problem once and for all. A team was called in the following morning and work started right away, which included ripping up part of the basement flooring and digging deep into the front lawn. The work went smoothly all to way until the job was properly finished in three and a half days. I must commend on the professionalism of Marek's team - they clearly know exactly what to do and were always courteous, friendly, and helpful. A few names that come to mind are Oleg, Andrew and Dmitri, the team work was, without exception, efficiently and expertly done.
Not that I would like to see these pros any time soon again, but I would definitely recommend Drain Rescue Services Corp to anyone who unfortunately had to deal with similar problems as the one we had.

On a very miserable cold and snowy Saturday in January, Drain Rescue arrived to install a new main sewer pipe from the sewer connection at the street into our home. This was a very big job completed in 8 hours by a team of highly skilled men. They worked non-stop. Two holes had to be dug on our front lawn and driveway, more than 8 feet deep where a man went down and dealt with the broken clay sewer pipe and assisted with the new pipes installation.
The work also involved digging in our basement for the pipe connection. The men put down coverings to protect our floors in the areas where they would work. When the work was completed the inside and outside of our home were left very clean.
We are extremely happy with the work done. Thank you Roman and your team of excellent workers. I give Drain Rescue 5 plus!

Highly recommend Drain Rescue Plumbers. Roman and his crew did an amazing job. I had an emergency situation, tree roots were growing in the drainage pipes causing backup in my basement. In a span of two days, they made all arrangements, excavated, replaced the damaged pipes, cleaned up all the debris and dirt.
